This is only offered to our customers in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia - so the general Vancouver areas.
We do not offer this service anywhere else.
Please select Local Pick Up in the when placing your order and we can arrange for your pickup.
- ARE CUSTOM ORDERS AVAILABLE?
Yes, all items on our website can be personalized with custom engraving.
- HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Upon receipt of your order and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email, confirming we have received your order. Your order will then be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours pending credit card authorization.
See our Shipping page for more information. For personalized or engraved items processing times will be longer. Please allow up to 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email with your order number and tracking information.
- WHAT IF I DIDN'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE OR REFUSED MY PACKAGE?
In the event that any Unclaimed, Refused, or Return to Sender package is shipped back to us due to, but not limited to:
- failure to sign for it
- not picking it up at the local post office
- failure to pay for customs, duties, and taxes
- refusal to accept the package
We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package and you may choose between:
- reshipment of the package (additional shipping charge applies)
- refund for the order (less any shipping, sizing fee, & customization fees)
- HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
We will always try our best to do everything we can to accommodate your request. In the case of our leather goods, as long as we have not begun the personalization process and your item has not been monogrammed or engraved, we can cancel your order. With regards to our wood watches as long as your product has not been shipped you may contact us by filling out our Contact Us form.
In order for us to assist you in a timely manner, please provide as much detail about your order as possible including your first and last name, email address, order number, and phone number if applicable. I

- DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON YOUR ORDERS?
SALES TAX FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE US:
We ship from Blaine, Washington through USPS with tracking there are no duties charged to our US customers.
SALES TAX FOR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA:
- All purchases within Canada obtain a Goods and Services Tax (GST), of currently 5% on the purchase price of your gift and shipping costs.
- For British Columbia, a 12% tax applies (5% GST and 7% PST).
- For Alberta, a 5% tax (GST) applies
- For Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island the Harmonized Sales (HST) of 15% is currently applicable.
- For Manitoba, a 13% tax applies (5% GST and 8% PST).
- For Ontario, 13% tax (HST) applies.
- For Quebec a 14.975% tax applies (5% GST and 9.975% PST).
- For Saskatchewan, an 11% tax applies (5% GST and 6% PST).
- For Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon a 5% (GST) tax applies.
***Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase, and are subject to change at any time according to local regulations.
- WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN?
For our Canadian customers if you choose to have your products displayed in Canadian Dollars, you will be billed in Canadian Dollars.
- DO YOU OFFER ANY WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, absolutely. We believe in the quality of our products and stand behind them, therefore offering an 12-month limited warranty on any defects or malfunctions.
Please note that this does not include accidental damage to the watch (eg. physical damage, cracks, scratches, scrapes etc). If you damage your product we definitely do appreciate honesty and we will try and work with you.
- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we charge a flat rate shipping of $15 for all International orders to the locations we are able to ship to. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to all countries at this time.
Please note we ship all our items DDU (delivered duty unpaid).
Unfortunately duties and taxes, customs fee, and VAT etc. are not included in your watch purchase. Although we try to offer the fastest and most cost-efficient way of shipping to our International customers, unfortunately, we are unable to pay any taxes, duties and customs fees as we are unaware of what the exact costs will be from country to country.
If you have any questions regarding what your estimated costs may be, please contact your local postal service or customs office for assistance regarding your country's policies and charges.
- CAN I STACK OR COMBINE DISCOUNTS?
Unfortunately not. Only one promo code can be used per order. Discounts (eg. groomsmen, corporate) cannot be stacked or combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
